Name, email, phone, which services you discussed, and whether they're the decision-maker or an influencer. If they're an influencer, you name the actual DM too.

Same commission as link-based

Warm Handoffs pay exactly the same as cookie/link referrals. Nothing changes — just the submission path.

FAQ

The common questions.

How's this different from my regular referral link?+
Same commission, same attribution — different submission path. Use your link when the prospect is happy to click it themselves. Use Warm Handoffs when they won't (warm text intros, face-to-face referrals, elderly clients, busy owners). Both feed the same pipeline.
What counts as consent?+
A verbal or written confirmation from the prospect that they're OK with us contacting them about what you discussed. You check two boxes on the form certifying (a) you got their permission and (b) you're OK being named as the referrer. That's our CAN-SPAM / TCPA safety net.
What if the person I'm handing off isn't the actual decision-maker?+
The form has you. Toggle 'No — they're an influencer' and you'll be asked who the actual decision-maker is + this contact's role (e.g. Office Manager, Marketing Lead). We'll adjust our email tone accordingly and invite them to forward to the DM. Your attribution stays intact either way.
What happens after I submit?+
Immediately: we fire a branded intro email and/or SMS to the prospect naming you as the referrer. If they don't engage, our follow-up drip fires on Day 3 (gentle nudge), Day 7 (value content), and Day 14 (last check-in). Any click, reply, or status change pauses the drip so we don't over-email.
How do I see what's happening with my handoffs?+
Your Partner HQ → My Leads tab shows every Warm Handoff with live tracking chips (email sent, opens, Book-call clicks, Learn-more clicks, bounced, etc.) and a status badge (new / contacted / won / lost). Every Monday you also get a personalized digest email summarizing the week.
Can I undo a submission if I made a mistake?+
Yes — just text or email Larry directly and we'll remove it from the pipeline within minutes. The duplicate guard also prevents you from accidentally submitting the same person twice.
